Explosion Photo Box

You can make this photo box in no time at all. It is easier than it looks.
I made the flower using the blossom punch.
It holds 13 photos. Can't wait to decorate the inside and add the pictures.
So many of you have requested the instructions for this cute photo box so here it is.

Measurements for the box
Top layer measures 11 1/2'' square
middle layer is 11 3/4'' square
bottom layer 12'' square (which is the outside of the box)
Score: 4'' in on all three pieces of C/S on all 4 sides.
Fold and cut out all four corners (the outside squares)
Layer and center the three pieces together. I used multipurpose liquid glue.
Add your embellishment's and photos, the box holds 13 pictures

The lid is 7 1/8'' Square DSP
Score in on all 4 sides 1 1/2'' and fold on score lines
Cut up to the score line on one side and do the same on the opposite side. You will have 4 cut to form 4 flaps or tabs for gluing to form your lid. Make sure to glue the tabs to the inside of the lid. Join me in my next class.

Mini photo album

I used a empty CD case to put my mini photo album in.

                                                  Directions for this album

Measurements: 4 5/8'' x 5 1/2''  I used 5 pieces in mine.
Score: on the 5'' mark giving you 1/2'' to make flaps for gluing the pieces together.
Fold and glue all five pieces together (accordion style)
Decorate using your DSP and add your photos.
Hint: Don't add too many layers or the lid won't close. I had to remove one of my bows. Have fun making yours.

Just having fun using my FREE stamp set from SU

This cute card box was so very easy to make. We will be making one at my next stamp club. Come out and join us. Call to save your spot at my craft table. April 22ND

This is one of my favorite fancy fold cards
 (open view)
I used a big shot die to cut out the middle

front view of the card.
Designed by me using all SU products (Ribbon is retired)
Stamp sets: Everything Eleanor, Teeny Tiny Wishes and Aviary
Embossing Folder: Fancy Fan, and Square Lattice
                     Punch : Word Window

I love making these little boxes
This one is made using card stock for the base
and patterned paper for the lid.
I made the rose using the blossom punch.

It is called explosion box because it kind of pops open when you remove the lid.
Sometimes I put little notes inside and there is enough room for a small gift.
